Order and Payment Info
ORDER & PAYMENT INFORMATION
Once payment has been made, they will be processed within the next 24 Hours so to ensure you get them within 16 business days excluding weekend. Usually customers receive their orders less than 16 business days or within 2 weeks time during non peak season. A confirmation email will be sent to you after payment is made and confirmed. Please check your junk mail if you do not receive it. Do email us if you couldn't locate it so we can resend to you.
Please also check that your address and contact info are correct to avoid lost/delayed orders.
Once your order is ready to be shipped out from our end, we will send you a shipping notification via SMS and email along with tracking info 2-3 days prior to delivery schedule.

Mode of Payment for Singapore Customers
Credit cards / Visa / Mastercard / AMEX / Paypal / Stripe / ApplePay
You may make payment via your debit/credit card through PayPal or Stripe. Transaction fees are fully absorbed by us. Shop with a peace of mind as all payments done via PayPal are secured.
Paying via PayPal or Stripe is highly recommended to protect your interest because PayPal / Stripe has buyer protection policy and your credit/debit card information will not be revealed to any other parties.
A PayPal / Stripe account is not necessary for credit card payments. Simply choose the option "Don't have a PayPal account" at the PayPal payment gateway page and you will be directed to another payment page for you to fill in your debit/credit card info (again, the platform is secured as it doesn't store your card info)
For AMEX card users, due to its' privacy setting, please ensure the postal code you enter for your billing/ mailing address is the same code used for the card's registration/application. Your payment is likely to be rejected if different postal code is used and you need to contact AMEX customer centre to resolve the issue.

If you encounter any difficulty to put through your payment via Paypal account, please double check whether the address you have registered with Paypal is the same as you register with Laurel Blooms, you will receive an error message " Merchant Address Invalid " If that's the case, kindly change your address record with Paypal , do note that Paypal will not proceed your payment if you are using two different address.
