Return & Exchange Policy


We provide flexible one-time size exchange of the same piece if the item you purchase doesn't fit you. Alternatively, we also provide exchange with other designs if there's no other size for you for the original item you purchased at our store.

One-time exchange can only be done for incorrect size or defective pieces. Loose threads and removable stains will not be considered as defects but we will do a check before mailing them to you so you don't encounter any unpleasant shopping experience at Laurel Blooms. During packing process, we perform general checks on the zips and fabric. However in the unlikely event that you've received an unsatisfactory item, please accept our sincere apologies and we would offer you an one-for-one exchange. Exchanges can only be done for similar items in the same size and same colour subject to availability.

To save the hassle of exchanging incorrect size especially for urgent orders, we encourage our customers to reach out to us and provide their bust, waist and hip measurement in cm as well height measurement at the footnote before making payment so we can assist you further with the sizing selection you made upon purchase. Please note that measurement should be taken under light undergarment.

Please email us with a snapshot of the incorrect, defective merchandise within 14 business days from our shipment date. The merchandise must be returned unworn and in its original condition, with Laurel Blooms label tag intact. Postage will be borne by customers for exchange orders. We will only refund full payment if the item is out of stock.

Accessories and underwear/Bikinis are non-exchangeable due to hygienic reasons. 

Laurel Blooms reserves the right to reject any request for exchange if returned merchandise(s) do not meet our requirements or when customer failed to provide proof of purchase.

Do take note that measurements may vary 1 - 2 cm and the true colour of an item may also vary slightly due to strong studio lighting/inevitable discrepancies arising from individual computer resolutions. The above-mentioned are not considered defect attributes and are therefore non-eligible for returns.
